How do I top up my account?
Contact a voipAgain Agent close to you or log into your account and contact the Agent allocated to you.
Can I set up for my sip adapter Linksys PAP2?
Contact the supplier of your Sip adapter for support. The account details we make available to you during signup is all we have. Our support staff are not able to provide comprehensive support on thrid party equipment.
Can I buy any amount of credit from an Agent?
Yes. Any End User will be able to buy credit from agents provided it is not less than $5 at any one time.
Will top up credit expire?
voipAgain credits expire after 90 days and voipAfrica credits expire after 60 days. Once your credit expire, you will not be able to make PC to Phone calls until you top-up again. However, PC to PC calls will still be possible.
Is the credit good for any service plans, any voip solutions?
When an End User buys top-up, they must specify the service plan they would like to top-up. voipAgain Credits cannot be used for voipAfrica.
What are your normal rates for the free countries?
When your total calls during any 7 days goes beyond 150 minutes, you will be charged 2p per minute to all the free destinations.
The username and password we sent you must not be used to configure x-lite. Instead use to login on our website. When you have successfully logged in, you will find your accout no (username) and pin (password) for x-lite.
Why do I need an agent to Register?
Our Agents are a very valuable part of the voip service we offer. When you register, we require you to choose an agent closest to your country or the agent who introduced you to voipAgain. Each time you require a credit top-up, you will need to contact your Agent. It is also important to note that your Agent receives a small percentage of the money you pay to us in order to run their own businesses. Our Agents work with us to provide credit top-ups and to provide you with service information when you require it. If you have a problem with any of our agents, pls. write to info@voipagain.com.

How do I make a profit as an Agent?
voipAgain Agents are able to make profit in 3 ways - all Agents are equal.
- We give you a 5% bonus on every Agent top-up, i.e. you deposit $100, we credit your Agent Account with $105.
- You are allowed to charge End Users upto $13 for a $10 credit top-up.
- We can design your own rates, depending on your clients.
What are your wholesale prices?
Click here to download an excel version of our wholesale prices. All Agents taking up the wholesale rates will not benefit from the 5% bonus we give to other Agents selling our service plans. If you prefer the wholesale pricing, we will allow you to determine the name of your service plan and your prices. This also means that your customers will not benefit from the free calls which is part of the voipAgain service plan.
How do I make payments as an Agent?
All Agent payments to voipagain are handled by SpiritOutpour OnlineBooks, USA. We expect you to make a minimum deposit of $100 from which top-ups to your customers are made.
